Job Title: Growth Intern (Product)

About the Role
We're looking for a Growth Intern with strong product instincts and a passion for data-driven decision-making. You'll play a pivotal role in accelerating product adoption and user engagement by identifying growth levers, launching scalable strategies, and continuously improving the product experience.
This is a high-impact role where you'll work closely with cross-functional teamsProduct, Marketing, Sales, and Analytics to drive measurable business outcomes and shape the user journey across the funnel.
Internship + Full Time Conversion
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and execute product-led growth initiatives that maximize qualified lead generation.
- Convert user feedback and analytics into product changes that improve lead conversion rates.
- Optimize acquisition funnels, onboarding flows, and engagement paths to increase leads.
- Design and run A/B tests to enhance lead capture effectiveness.
- Conduct Marketing campaigns to drive high-quality traffic and in-product lead conversions.
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to align lead qualification and follow-up strategies.
- Negotiate with partners and vendors to unlock new lead sources and channels.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on lead generation KPIs and campaign performance.
- Research market and competitors to uncover new lead growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- 0-1 experience in growth, product, or performance marketing roles, preferably in a tech/startup environment
- Proven experience designing and implementing growth strategies
- Strong understanding of user lifecycle, customer journey mapping, and feedback loops
- Proficient in data analysis using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to align cross-functional stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, experimental, and metrics-driven culture
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Product, or a related field
