About the Role

Demand Xpress is looking for a driven Growth Marketing Intern who can take ownership of outreach, content, list-building, and campaign data support. You will work directly with the founder and contribute to growth initiatives across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute outbound outreach through email, LinkedIn, and curated contact lists

• Build and maintain high-quality prospect lists for different ICPs

• Support content marketing tasks including research, drafts, and repurposing

• Assist in planning, tracking, and analysing performance marketing campaigns

• Maintain campaign sheets, dashboards, and reports using Excel and Google Sheets

• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities

• Coordinate with internal teams for creatives, messaging, and delivery timelines

• Take end-to-end ownership of assigned tasks with speed and accuracy

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets

• High agency with the ability to work independently and hit deadlines

• Good communication skills written and verbal

• Basic understanding of digital or performance marketing is a plus

• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with a problem-solving mindset

• Comfortable learning fast in a high-velocity growth environment
