About the Role

Demand Xpress is looking for a driven Growth Marketing Intern who can take ownership of outreach, content, list-building, and campaign data support. You will work directly with the founder and contribute to growth initiatives across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

Execute outbound outreach through email, LinkedIn, and curated contact lists

Build and maintain high-quality prospect lists for different ICPs

Support content marketing tasks including research, drafts, and repurposing

Assist in planning, tracking, and analysing performance marketing campaigns

Maintain campaign sheets, dashboards, and reports using Excel and Google Sheets

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities

Coordinate with internal teams for creatives, messaging, and delivery timelines

Take end-to-end ownership of assigned tasks with speed and accuracy

Requirements

Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets

High agency with the ability to work independently and hit deadlines

Good communication skills written and verbal

Basic understanding of digital or performance marketing is a plus

Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with a problem-solving mindset

Comfortable learning fast in a high-velocity growth environment
