Growth Head - Creator Management

TIST Media is looking for a Growth Head for the Creator Management vertical. This role requires end-to-end ownership of growth, strategy, and performance within Creator Management.

Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end growth strategy from pipeline to partnerships to performance.

• Unlock new revenue and engagement opportunities across the creator ecosystem.

• Lead and collaborate within a large, high-energy team.

• Drive forecasting, reporting, and constant iteration on what works.

• Build campaigns and formats that actually get noticed.

• Create systems that scale as fast as you do.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in creator management, creator marketing, or the influencer economy. But if your path has been unconventional and your passion for this space is extraordinary, we genuinely want to hear from you. Fresh perspective is something we actively look for.

Salary:

Starts at ₹2,00,000/month, varies per experience and other factors.
