Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Growth Hacker based in Indore, with some flexibility for remote work. Responsibilities include designing and implementing growth strategies, analyzing web and marketing data, optimizing conversion rates, and developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns. The Growth Hacker will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for business growth and improve customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.

• Strong skills in Growth Hacking and Web Analytics
• Experience in Conversion Optimization and Marketing
• Proficiency in developing effective Marketing Strategies
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
• Understanding of customer behavior and digital trends
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Experience with SaaS or technology-focused businesses is an advantage
• Experience with LinkedIn and Other Organic social content creation and inbound leads.
