We are on the lookout for a proactive and performance-oriented Business Development Executive who thrives in international IT sales and is passionate about building global client relationships.
What You'll Do- Identify and generate high-quality leads using platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, Clutch, email campaigns, and cold outreach
- Target and engage potential clients across international markets (USA, UK, UAE, etc.)
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client requirements and present suitable solutions
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure
- Create compelling proposals, cost estimates, and presentations tailored to client needs
- Develop and nurture long-term client relationships
- Work closely with technical teams to align project scope and delivery expectations
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipelines, and weekly reporting
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
What We're Looking For- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT services sales or business development
- Proven track record in acquiring international clients
- Strong understanding of IT services such as Web Development, Mobile Apps, SaaS, AI, and Cloud solutions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Hands-on experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, CRM systems, and email outreach platforms
- Ability to independently convert leads into paying clients
