We're hiring someone who lives and breathes creator content — not just consuming it, but dissecting it. You should be able to watch a Reel and instantly know why it held (or didn't). You understand hooks, pacing, and what makes audiences stop scrolling.
Beyond the creative, you're operationally sharp. You can negotiate with creators and agencies, manage multiple vendor relationships without dropping the ball, and keep a content calendar running like clockwork.
What you'll do:
— Identify, brief, and manage creator partnerships across tiers
— Review content for hook quality, brand fit, and hold potential before it goes live
— Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and pricing with creators and agencies
— Track performance (reach, EMV, engagement, conversions) and share clear learnings
What we're looking for:
— 1–2 years in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or social media
— Strong content instincts — you have opinions, and they're usually right
— Comfortable negotiating and holding vendors accountable
— Clear, specific communicator — your briefs get good content made
