Reports To: Co-Founders - Himanshu & Naman


Why namoza exists

Healthcare in India is a ₹10 lakh crore industry. The digital growth infrastructure underneath it - patient acquisition, retention, performance marketing, CRM, AI is broken. Hospital chains spend ₹30 crore annually on digital marketing and can't tell which channel drove a single patient admission. Diagnostic networks generate 10,000 leads a month and convert less than 2%. E-pharmacies with ₹50Cr+ in revenue have repeat purchase rates half of what they should be.

Most of these companies are being served by generic agencies that apply e-commerce playbooks to a category where the stakes are measured in patient outcomes, not click-through rates.

Namoza was built to fix this. Before starting Namoza, our founders were inside one of India's largest healthcare platforms - Apollo247, building the digital growth engine from zero to IPO-track, managing ₹400+ crores in marketing spend across 12 specialties. We didn't study healthcare growth. We built it, measured it, failed at it, and scaled it. That's the difference.

We left to bring that operator-grade understanding to every healthcare enterprise in the category, as builders who stay until the numbers move, not consultants who leave with a deck.

What we are building

Two brands. One intelligence layer.

Namoza.com is our healthcare growth and strategy practice - serving hospital chains, diagnostic networks, e-pharmacies, healthtech companies, and wellness platforms across India and the Middle East. We combine McKinsey-level frameworks with real execution. Every engagement covers strategy, build, and measurement.

Namoza.ai is our proprietary AI-powered healthcare marketing platform - specialty-intelligent content generation and one-click multi-channel publishing for doctors and clinics. Currently in pilot with psychiatry practices; rolling out specialty-by-specialty through 2026. Think of it as the product arm that makes our consulting intelligence self-serve.

Connecting both: the Healthcare Growth Observatory - our research and benchmarking intelligence layer that publishes proprietary data on patient acquisition costs, specialty-level marketing benchmarks, and digital growth strategy for healthcare CXOs.

By end of 2026, we will be operating across India, the Middle East, Japan, and the US. The team scaling that operation starts now.


The Role - Growth Associate

This is not a management trainee role in the traditional sense. There is no rotation schedule, no buddy system, and no hand-holding. You will be assigned to a live client track or product workstream from Week 1 and expected to contribute immediately.

What it is: an accelerated entry into building real growth systems for real healthcare clients, with more ownership, more context, and more access to senior decision-making than you would get at any FMCG, consulting, or agency graduate program.

You will work directly under the co-founders on mandates that touch everything: performance marketing, organic growth, CRM architecture, content strategy, martech implementation, analytics, and AI product development. You will be titled based on your primary track, not 'associate' or 'trainee' because that's what you'll actually be doing.


Track Assignments:

Depending on your background, interests, and our current mandate requirements, you'll be placed into one of the following tracks:

Performance Marketing Manager

Own paid media strategy and execution for healthcare clients. Build specialty-level CAC models, manage Google and Meta campaigns, architect attribution systems, and report in business outcomes, not vanity metrics.

Growth & SEO Manager

Build organic growth systems - SEO, GEO (AI answer visibility on ChatGPT/Perplexity/Gemini), and AEO. Healthcare is the most underpenetrated vertical in the AI answer ecosystem right now. First-mover advantage is real and it's sitting on this track.

CRM & Lifecycle Manager

Design and implement patient retention architecture for healthcare enterprises on CleverTap, Salesforce, and HubSpot. The intellectual challenge: healthcare lifecycle marketing requires clinical logic, not marketing automation templates.

Campaign Manager - Namoza AI

Drive the go-to-market and doctor onboarding operations for Namoza AI. Manage specialty rollout coordination, design partner relationships, and product-market feedback loops across our specialty-by-specialty launch.

Strategy & Analytics Manager

Support the founders on client diagnostics, Observatory research, and strategic proposals. Build the analytical models that underpin Namoza's growth recommendations - specialty CAC benchmarks, attribution frameworks, retention cohort analyses.


WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO

Regardless of track, Growth Associates at Namoza will:

  • Own a deliverable area within an active client engagement by Week 3, not support, own
  • Attend client calls and within 90 days, run them independently
  • Build and present weekly performance reports for client and internal review
  • Write: briefs, proposals, analysis documents, and strategic recommendations in Namoza's voice
  • Work directly with the founders on Observatory research, pitch materials, and product GTM
  • Learn the unit economics of healthcare marketing - CAC, LTV, retention cohorts, in a live context, not a case study
  • Contribute to Namoza AI's specialty rollout: content pillars, prompt libraries, design partner feedback
  • Develop a point of view on your track and bring it, Namoza has no appetite for order-takers


WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

B.Tech, MBAs from top engineering and MBA colleges available to join immediately. Beyond that:

  • Analytically rigorous : you think in numbers first and narratives second; Excel/Sheets is a first language
  • Writer : you can produce a clear, direct paragraph without filler; client-facing communication is a daily requirement
  • Intellectually curious about healthcare : you don't need prior industry experience but you need genuine interest
  • High ownership threshold : you're uncomfortable asking for tasks to be assigned; you identify what needs doing and do it
  • Resilient and fast : Namoza moves quickly; the learning curve is steep by design
  • Honest about what you don't know, but not paralysed by it

Prior internship experience in digital marketing, consulting, analytics, or product is a plus. It's not a filter.


EQUITY

ESOPs are available for Growth Associates who demonstrate exceptional performance after the first 12 months. We're building a company we intend to scale significantly, the equity reflects that ambition. Terms discussed individually at confirmation.


WHAT THE CAREER LOOKS LIKE FROM HERE

namoza is building a 50-person team within 12 months. The people who join now at the Growth Associate level will have a direct path to leading their track as we scale, Performance Marketing Lead, CRM Lead, SEO Lead, Product Marketing Lead. These are not hypothetical roles. They are roles that need to exist and that we will promote into.

If you want to see what the next 3 years could look like: you join as a Growth Associate, you own a client track by month 3, you're leading a team of 2–3 by month 12, and you're a functional head at a ₹40Cr+ revenue company by year 3. That is the actual path, not a slide from an HR deck.

The catch: this path belongs to people who earn it. namoza is not a comfortable training ground. It is a high-velocity working environment where performance is visible and accountability is real. If that sounds like the right crucible for your early career, we want to talk.
