Enout is looking for an execution-strong, consistency-driven Business Development Associate to run high-quality outbound, build account-level intelligence, and generate meaningful first conversations with senior stakeholders. This role sits at the frontline of our demand engine — the starting point of every opportunity created for the revenue team.
WHAT A WEEK IN THIS ROLE WOULD LOOK LIKE

- Daily Outbound Execution High-consistency outreach via calls, email, and LinkedIn
- Account Research Building POVs on target accounts, personas, and problems
- Meeting Booking Securing qualified, context-rich meetings (not calendar spam)
- Proposal Coordination Working with internal teams to build strong proposals
- CRM Hygiene Keeping pipelines clean, updated, and insight-driven

THIS ROLE IS THE RIGHT FIT FOR YOU IF (NON-NEGOTIABLES)
- 0–3 years of B2B outbound sales experience
- A proven track record of booking meetings via cold outreach
- Strong verbal & written communication
- Hands-on experience with tools like Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM
- High consistency, strong follow-through, and no drop-offs
- Willingness to work full-time, remotely.
