Teen Theory Global Education is expanding, and we're looking for sharp, articulate, and high-ownership Growth and Outreach Associates to join our growth team.
Teen Theory Global Education is India's premier undergraduate admissions mentorship and profile-development company. We work with students from Grades 8 to 12 to help them build strong academic direction, meaningful projects, career clarity, and globally competitive university applications.
Our work goes far beyond traditional counselling. We help students execute serious profile-building journeys across research, entrepreneurship, social impact, innovation, academics, career exploration, and university admissions. Teen Theory students have built real-world projects, developed strong application narratives, and secured outcomes across leading universities in the US, UK, Canada, Singapore, Hong Kong, and India.

We are hiring for a critical role that will engage our most important stakeholders: students, parents, schools, tutors, coaching centres, and education communities.
Role: Growth and Outreach Associate
Type: Full-time
Mode: Remote
Preferred base locations: Bengaluru, Delhi NCR, Mumbai
Travel: May be required for partnerships, institutional meetings, school visits, education events, and networking opportunities
CTC: INR 10 LPA
Compensation structure: INR 5.5 LPA fixed + INR 4.5 LPA variable/performance-based bonus
What will you be responsible for
As an Outreach Associate, you will play a key role in helping Teen Theory expand its reach across both B2C and partnership-led channels. Your responsibilities will include:
1. B2C outreach and client closures:
You will engage with potential families, students, and parent communities, understand their needs, clearly communicate Teen Theory's value, and help move qualified leads toward consultation calls and closures. This will involve:
- Speaking with parents and students with clarity and confidence
- Following up with warm and cold leads
- Supporting the admissions consultation and conversion process
- Explaining Teen Theory's programmes, outcomes, and approach effectively
- Building trust with high-intent families
- Maintaining strong lead pipelines and conversion discipline
2. Running outreach campaigns to potential clientele:
You will execute structured outreach campaigns across relevant channels to reach students, parents, tutors, school communities, and education-focused networks. This may include:
- Email outreach
- LinkedIn outreach
- WhatsApp/community outreach
- CRM-led follow-ups
- Outreach databases and campaign tracking
- Working with internal tools, templates, automations, and lead lists
- Improving response rates through strong messaging and follow-up discipline
3. Building partnerships across the education ecosystem:
A major part of the role will involve identifying, approaching, and developing partnerships with:
- Coaching centres
- Private tutors
- Schools
- Independent counsellors
- Education consultants
- Student communities
- Parent communities
- Learning centres
- Test-prep and academic support networks
You will be expected to initiate conversations, build relationships, represent Teen Theory professionally, and help convert promising partnership opportunities into real growth channels.
4. Market research and expansion opportunities:
You will actively research new markets, cities, institutions, communities, and segments where Teen Theory can expand. This includes:
- Mapping coaching centres, schools, tutors, and education hubs
- Identifying high-potential student and parent networks
- Researching city-wise opportunities
- Tracking competitor activity
- Finding new B2B and B2C expansion avenues
- Sharing insights that can shape Teen Theory's growth strategy
5. Representing Teen Theory at events and networks:
You may participate in networking events, education forums, school events, parent sessions, student gatherings, and partner meetings to build Teen Theory's visibility. You will be expected to communicate who we are, what we do, and why our work matters with polish, conviction, and professionalism.

We're looking for someone who is persuasive, structured, well-spoken, and ambitious. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys conversations, understands people, and can convert outreach into meaningful relationships and measurable business outcomes.
You should be comfortable speaking with parents, students, educators, school leaders, tutors, coaching centre owners, and potential partners.
Must-haves:
- Excellent English communication skills — spoken and written
- Strong interpersonal skills and presence
- High confidence in professional conversations
- Ability to explain premium education services clearly
- Strong follow-up discipline
- Comfort with sales, outreach, and relationship-building
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Strong ownership of targets and outcomes
- Willingness to travel when required
- Curiosity about education, students, careers, admissions, and the global university ecosystem
Great to have:
- Prior experience in sales, partnerships, business development, growth, or outreach
- Corporate exposure in client-facing roles
- Experience working with schools, coaching centres, private tutors, parents, or education businesses
- Involvement in MUNs, debating, public speaking, student leadership, or college societies
- Experience representing an organisation at events or conferences
- Comfort with CRM tools, outreach tools, LinkedIn, email campaigns, Google Sheets, or WhatsApp Business
- Ability to build and manage city-wise or segment-wise outreach databases
