Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, based in Pune District, for a Growth & Sales Intern at Miro Fertility.

In this role, you will work closely with the founders to drive clinic outreach and support sales efforts. Your primary focus will be identifying IVF clinics, initiating conversations, and scheduling product demos. You will also assist in live demos, follow-ups, and managing the sales pipeline.

Day-to-day tasks include reaching out to clinics via LinkedIn, calls, and email, maintaining lead data, coordinating demos, and supporting conversion efforts. You will gain hands-on experience in B2B healthcare sales and how early-stage startups build and close partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills (spoken and written) with the ability to engage confidently with doctors and clinic teams
  • Interest in sales, startups, or healthcare/healthtech
  • Comfortable with outreach (calls, LinkedIn, WhatsApp) and handling responses
  • Basic understanding of sales or willingness to learn quickly
  • Good organizational skills to manage leads, follow-ups, and pipeline tracking
  • Proactive, self-driven mindset with high ownership
  • Ability to handle rejection and persist with follow-ups

Prerequisites

  • Available for full-time, on-site work in Pune with immediate or short notice joining
  • Comfortable reaching out to IVF clinics and doctors via calls, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp on a daily basis
  • Able to hold a basic conversation with healthcare professionals with confidence and clarity
  • Willing to work in a high-activity, target-driven environment (daily outreach, follow-ups, demo coordination)
  • Strong ownership — able to track leads, follow up consistently, and not drop conversations midway
  • Comfortable using basic tools (Google Sheets, LinkedIn, Zoom/Meet) to manage pipeline and demos
  • Able to learn quickly about the product and explain it in simple terms during initial conversations
  • Resilient mindset — okay with rejection and able to persist without losing momentum
  • Minimum 2–3 month commitment, with intent to convert to full-time based on performance
