Business Development Executive – AEC & BIM
Pune, India | US Market | Hybrid

NeevIQ is an AI-native AEC technology firm serving US General Contractors and subcontractors. We provide Fire Protection BIM, MEP Coordination, VDC, Quantity Takeoffs, and Scan-to-BIM services as a production partner. We work across Healthcare, Data Centers, Education, Industrial, and Commercial sectors and are rapidly expanding in the US market.

Role Details
Location: Shivaji Nagar / Wakad, Pune (Hybrid)
Work Days: Monday – Friday
Office Hours: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM
WFH (US Overlap): 9:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Weekend: Off
Experience: 3–6 years (US/International B2B Sales)
Compensation: Fixed + Incentives

Key Responsibilities
• Generate pipeline through cold calling, LinkedIn, email outreach, and referrals
• Target US GCs, Fire Protection and MEP subcontractors
• Use tools like Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Research prospects and personalise outreach
• Schedule discovery calls and demos
• Prepare presentations and support proposal creation
• Maintain follow-ups and move leads through the funnel
• Manage client relationships and identify upsell opportunities
• Update CRM daily (Zoho/HubSpot/Salesforce)
• Track KPIs and analyse US AEC market trends

Requirements

Requirements
• 3–6 years B2B sales experience (US market mandatory)
• Strong cold calling and client interaction skills
• End-to-end sales experience (lead to closure)
• Excellent English communication
• CRM experience
• MS Office proficiency
• Proven sales target achievement

Preferred
• AEC / BIM / Construction background
• Basic understanding of Revit, Navisworks, VDC workflows
• Experience selling to US construction clients
• Familiarity with Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• B.E./B.Tech or MBA
