Key Responsibilities
Digital Content & Campaign Strategy
- Formulate, curate, create, and devise engaging digital content and campaign strategies across platforms for assigned brands.
- Plan and prepare monthly and quarterly campaign plans.
- Assist in formulating strategies by providing creative input on campaigns, based on experience with online consumers and brand engagement.
Social & Digital Media Management
- Manage and supervise social and digital presence of assigned brands, including online response management and maintenance of online properties.
- Actively engage with online platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Snapchat, Pinterest, websites, mobile apps, blogs, and forums.
- Be actively involved in SEO, tech, media, and ORM initiatives.
- Monitor changes within online media networks and adapt strategies accordingly.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Management
- Collaborate with internal teams to conceptualize and execute project and campaign requirements.
- Liaise with clients to maintain first-level contact with brand POCs.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors, influencers, and partner firms for campaigns and projects.
- Attend and cover on-ground events and workshops as needed.
Team Leadership & Workflow Management
- Guide and manage immediate team members, including Digital Media Executives.
- Oversee media workflows and use of online tools to optimize brand performance.
- Manage and overcome routine challenges efficiently.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Track KPIs and prepare reports to measure the impact of social and digital media strategies.
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement of campaigns.
