Develop and implement financial strategies to support the organisation's goals and objectives.
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure optimal resource allocation.
Monitor and manage financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
Lead the finance team, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations and professional growth.
Analyse financial performance and prepare detailed reports for the executive team and stakeholders.
Drive cost optimisation initiatives to enhance profitability and ensure sustainable growth.
Collaborate with other C-Suite executives to align financial strategies with overall business objectives.
Oversee key financial decisions, including investments, funding, and asset management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Group CFO should have:

A qualified Chartered Accountant with 20+ years of post-qualification experience.
Indian listed company experience in mandatory.
Exposure to dealing with multiple entities across geographies is a must.
Proven expertise in financial planning, risk management, and compliance within the Mechanical Industry.
Demonstrated leadership skills to guide and manage a high-performing finance team.
Strong analytical abilities to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders and team members.
An understanding of the industrial and manufacturing sectors, particularly within the Mechanical Industry.
