Job Description:
You will lead key client relationships and drive integrated digital and social strategies that deliver measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
● Serve as the primary client partner, leading strategic conversations and ensuring delivery excellence across all digital and social workstreams.
● Drive integrated digital and social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels, aligning with brand and business objectives.
● Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, from ideation and content planning to performance tracking and optimization.
● Lead always-on social media mandates, including content calendars, community management, and real-time marketing initiatives.
● Collaborate closely with creative, content, influencer, and media teams to deliver high-quality, platform-native campaigns.
● Build and scale influencer and creator partnerships, from identification to execution and performance evaluation.
● Ensure smooth project management and delivery, including timelines, TAT adherence, and quality control across multiple accounts.
● Handle client escalations proactively, implementing structured processes and solutions to maintain strong relationships.
● Mentor and manage account teams, fostering a high-performance, collaborative, and solution-oriented culture.
Skills & Experience Required:
● 6–8+ years of experience in an agency environment, with a strong focus on digital and social media.
● Deep understanding of social platforms, content formats, and digital trends, including short-form video and creator-led content.
● Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in data interpretation and reporting.
● Excellent client servicing and stakeholder management skills.
● Strong project management abilities, with experience handling multiple brands and campaigns simultaneously.
● Leadership experience with the ability to manage and inspire teams.
