With the above requirements in mind, EPD is looking to fill a role of a Senior Business Analyst and Scrum Master reporting to the Head of AA Product Development. The Senior Business Analyst and Scrum Master will be responsible for drafting requirements from business stakeholders, converting it to technical requirements in collaboration with cross functional technical teams and project management using Agile delivery frameworks. This role involves supporting AA to managing technical product delivery within scope, timelines and budget.
Core Job Responsibilities:
- Drafting functional requirements and scope of products with business stakeholders or users
- Drafting technical requirements in collaboration with cross functional technical teams
- Project management using Agile - planning epics in Jira, defining sprint objectives, drafting testing plan, etc.
- Driving technical dociumentation using Confluence and IT templates.
- Coordinate / facilitate product lifecycle plan and roadmap.
- Support business with change management plans.
- Help prioritize projects, manage the project pipeline and follow up on To-dos and actions
- Co-lead AA project delivery implementation with cross-functional local teams at the specific locations
- Develop and maintain AA KPI dashboard, impact tracking and status/progress

Position Accountability/Scope:
The Senior Business Analyst and Scrum Master is specifically accountable for ensuring technical product delivery within defined scope, timelines, budget and as per Abbott technology standards.
Minimum Education:
Bachelors/Masters degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, etc.).
Minimum Experience:
- At least 5-8 years of relevant working experience, ideally in pharma environment.
- Demonstrated senior-level leadership in engaging with senior executives and senior business as well as technical stakeholders.
- Proven project and program management skills
- Experience in agile working methodologies a plus
- Proven, impactful ideation and problem-solving ability in international and cross-functional settings
- Effective communication and influencing skills, solid experience in bridging between Advanced Analytics / modern data technologies and business.
- Ability to set up and run cross-functional projects efficiently
- Bring urgency to the tasks at hand
- Ability to multitask
- Being adaptable towards new situations and having an out of the box approach
- Accountability for delivering high quality results
- Intrinsic motivation to guide people and make Advanced Analytics more accessible to a broader range of stakeholders. Ability to work with cross-functional teams and bring business and data science closer together - strategy consultancy experiences a strong plus
