Job Overview: We are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our ground staff team at Airstriprealtech. As a ground staff member, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to passengers and crew members at the airport. This is an exciting opportunity for freshers to start their career in the aviation industry and gain valuable experience. Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist passengers at the airport
Check-in passengers and their luggage
Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, delays, and cancellations
Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues
Assist with boarding and deplaning processes
Ensure the safety and security of passengers and their belongings
Collaborate with other ground staff members and airport personnel to ensure smooth operations
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Basic computer skills
Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
Physically fit and able to lift heavy luggage
Prior experience in the aviation industry is a plus, but not required Contract Details: This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package. The selected candidate will be required to work 6 days a week, with one day off. The contract duration is 1 year, with the possibility of extension based on performance.
