Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Ahmedabad.   • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle challenging scenarios effectively
  • Empathy, patience, and the ability to remain professional in all customer interactions
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role is preferred
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools are an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
