Role Description
We are looking for a Green Building & Sustainability Analyst to support projects across energy modelling and green building certifications.
This role involves working on project analysis, simulations, and documentation, while collaborating with architects, engineers, and project teams to deliver efficient and compliant building solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and review building energy models (eQUEST required)
- Perform simulations for residential and commercial projects
- Support IGBC, LEED, EDGE & GEM certification documentation
- Analyze HVAC systems, lighting, building envelope, and passive strategies
- Prepare technical reports, calculations, and sustainability assessments
- Coordinate with design teams and consultants.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years experience in energy modelling / green building.
- Hands-on experience with eQUEST or similar tools.
- Ability to independently develop and complete building energy models with minimal supervision.
- Understanding of building physics and HVAC systems.
- Familiarity with green building certifications (IGBC / LEED / EDGE / GRIHA)
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, Engineering, or Environmental field
