Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Jr. Green Building Analyst based in Pune. The Jr. Green Building Analyst will assist in conducting green building assessments, preparing documentation for green certifications, and performing sustainability-related analysis. The role also involves coordinating with project stakeholders, supporting the integration of sustainable design strategies, and staying updated on green building standards and best practices.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of green building certifications (such as IGBC, GEM, EDGE) and sustainable design principles
• Strong analytical skills for conducting environmental and energy performance analyses
• Ability to prepare technical documentation and reports with attention to detail
• Proficiency in relevant tools and software such as AutoCAD, Energy Modelling, Lighting Simulations or similar applications
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills for effective stakeholder collaboration
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Environmental Science, Civil Engineering, or a related field / M.Arch.
• Passion for sustainability and a strong commitment to environmentally responsible practices
• Prior experience or internships in the green building or sustainability sector are a plus
