Graphics and UI/UX Designer

We're looking for a Graphics / UI / UX Designer to join our growing team at Phonon.

If you love turning complex ideas into clean, compelling visuals — and enjoy working on real business problems — this role is for you.

What you'll work on:

• Website banners, landing page creatives, and campaign visuals

• Social media and performance ad creatives (LinkedIn, Google)

• Sales decks, brochures, one-pagers, and case studies

• Short-form videos, motion creatives, and explainers

• Event and brand collateral like backdrops

You'll collaborate closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to ensure everything we publish is visually appealing, adhering to the brief and on-brand.

What we're looking for:

• 4+ years of professional graphic design experience

• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

• Working knowledge of Premiere Pro and basic After Effects

• Experience designing for digital-first, B2B or tech brands (preferred)

• Good understanding of typography, layout, branding, and social formats

• Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines independently

Bonus points if you have:

• Motion graphics or animation experience

• Exposure to SaaS, aviation, travel, or enterprise tech

• Familiarity with Figma and collaborative workflows
