About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative and performance-driven eCommerce Graphic Designer with strong experience in Quick Commerce and marketplace platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in creating conversion-focused creatives for Food & Beverage brands across platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Amazon, Flipkart, BigBasket, and other eCommerce channels.
The candidate should understand platform-specific creative requirements, consumer behaviour, visual merchandising, and marketplace trends to create impactful and engaging digital assets.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Design & Asset Development
* Design high-converting creatives for Quick Commerce and marketplace platforms
* Create listing images (PDP/ Base images), A+ content, storefront creatives, banners, hero images, and campaign assets
* Develop visually engaging and brand-aligned creatives across multiple SKUs and categories
* Adapt master creatives into platform-specific dimensions and formats
Platform & Category Understanding
* Understand Quick Commerce and marketplace ecosystem requirements
* Ensure creatives are optimized for visibility, click-through, and conversion
* Stay updated with platform trends, competition benchmarks, and evolving design formats
* Understand Food & Beverage category aesthetics and shopper behaviour
Collaboration & Execution
* Coordinate with content, media, account management, and brand teams for creative execution
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and timely delivery
* Incorporate feedback efficiently and maintain consistency across platforms
Compliance & Quality Control
* Ensure all creatives comply with platform guidelines and FSSAI regulations
* Maintain high standards of design quality, readability, and brand consistency
Platforms Exposure
Experience working on the following platforms is preferred:
* Blinkit
* Zepto
* Swiggy Instamart
* BigBasket
* Amazon
* Flipkart
* Other Quick Commerce & Marketplace platforms
Required Skills
* Strong expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and related design tools
* Strong understanding of eCommerce and Quick Commerce creative formats
* Experience in designing conversion-focused digital assets
* Strong sense of typography, colour balance, layout, and visual hierarchy
* Knowledge of A+ content, listing optimization creatives, and storefront assets
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
* Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
* Should be hands-on with AI tools
Preferred Candidate Profile
* 4–5 years of experience in eCommerce graphic design
* Prior experience in the Food & Beverage industry is mandatory
* Experience working with D2C brands, marketplaces, or digital agencies preferred
* Strong portfolio showcasing Quick Commerce and marketplace creatives
