Role Overview

We're looking for a creative Graphic Designer with Motion Experience to join our fast-paced events team. You'll design engaging visuals and motion assets for live events, marketing campaigns, and internal decks that bring our shows to life.

Key Responsibilities

Design posters, flyers, reels, and digital creatives for concerts & events. Create conceptual designs and renderings for event interior and exterior signage. Coordinate pricing, fabrication, and installation of signage packages with vendors

Develop compelling pitch decks and visual presentations

Create motion assets using After Effects/Premiere for promotions

Ensure brand consistency across all visuals

Collaborate cross-functionally with content, video & marketing teams

Organize clean design files and deliverables for multi-platform use

Work on multiple projects with fast turnarounds

What We're Looking For

Understand ai tools and their use in graphics/video

2+years of professional experience in design & motion

A strong portfolio across live events, digital, and branded content

Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere)

Familiarity with PowerPoint, Google Slides, Slack, Asana, and Google Workspace
