We are looking to hire a Motion Creative Graphic Designer with strong expertise in Camtasia or Adobe After Effects to join our learning content production team. This role is ideal for someone who can combine storyboarding, graphic design, video editing, and animation skills to create engaging training content.

The ideal candidate should be able to independently transform a raw script into a structured storyboard and a polished final learning video. In addition to strong graphic design and video editing skills, the role requires excellent English language comprehension to understand complex content and translate it into engaging, learner-focused training videos.

Key Responsibilities

1. Review transcripts to understand the learning content and objectives.
2. Create storyboards that break content into logical screens or slides, including screen text and visual elements.
3. Interpret concepts and translate them into engaging visuals.
4. Design screen layouts and select appropriate graphics, icons, images, and infographics to support learning.
5. Develop templates and layouts aligned with brand and instructional design guidelines.
6. Create animations and transitions as required.
7. Edit and produce learning and training videos using Camtasia or Adobe After Effects.
8. Apply basic to intermediate motion graphics and animations to enhance learner engagement.
9. Collaborate with instructional designers, graphic designers, and other stakeholders throughout the production process.
10. Incorporate feedback and revise storyboards, visuals, and videos as required.
11. Conduct quality reviews of learning content and videos before delivery.
12. Ensure all deliverables meet visual, instructional, and brand quality standards.
13. Maintain organized backups of project files and assets, and share all source files, working files, and related assets upon project completion.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in motion graphics design, video production, or e-learning content development.
• Strong comprehension skills in both English language and technical content, with the ability to translate information into effective learning materials.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and After Effects or Camtasia. Camtasia expertise is preferred.
• Strong visual design skills, including layout design, typography, and visual storytelling.
• Understanding of storyboarding principles and instructional content development.
• High attention to detail and a strong focus on quality.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
