Graphic Designer

We are seeking highly skilled and detail-oriented Graphic Designers to join our team.

Candidates should have 1.5 to 3 years experience and expertise in designing complex, information-rich documents such as forms, annual reports, policy documents and product literature. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to translate complex information into visually appealing, structured and easy-to-understand designs.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Layout:

• Create visually appealing and user-friendly layouts for a variety of print and digital documents.
• Design complex layouts involving tables, checkboxes, information forms, and other visual elements.
• Ensure consistency in design elements, typography, and branding guidelines.

Information Architecture:

• Organize and structure complex information to enhance readability and comprehension.
• Develop information hierarchies and visual cues to guide users through the document.

Proofreading and Quality Assurance:

• Thoroughly proofread and edit designs to identify and correct errors.
• Ensure adherence to design standards and brand guidelines.

Collaboration:

• Collaborate with writers, editors, and project managers to understand project requirements and timelines.
• Work effectively in a team environment to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in graphic design with a focus on complex document design.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Excellent understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout principles.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Understanding of print production processes.
• Strong communication skills to interact with clients
