1. The Mission

At Win It Social, we help brands in the various sectors make an impactful digital footprint. We handle everything from script-to-screen. We are looking for a designer who doesn't just make things pretty but takes absolute ownership of the design life cycle, allowing our Creative Head to focus on strategy rather than QC.

2. Core Responsibilities

• End-to-End Ownership: Manage the design process from initial brief in Notion to final export. You are responsible for meeting deadlines without firefighting.
• Zero-Defect Output: Conduct your own Quality Control (QC). The goal is for your manager to provide high-level creative direction, not to fix alignment or spelling errors.
• Technical Hygiene: Build files in the Adobe Suite and Canva that are non-destructive, logically layered, and easily editable by other team members.
• Client-First Design: Translate complex client requirements into Punchy and Engaging visual narratives.

3. Technical Requirements

• Adobe Suite Master: Expert-level proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Canva for Scale: Ability to build high-quality templates for rapid social media deployment.
• AI-Augmented Workflow: Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, ChatGPT for brainstorming) to accelerate output without sacrificing quality.
• Asset Management: Strict adherence to folder structures and naming conventions within our file management system.

4. The Lead Track Path

We are not looking for a lifelong designer; we are looking for a future leader. On the basis of your performance, in the next 12–18 months, you can be doing the following:

• Document design SOPs and playbooks.
• Mentor junior editors and graphic designers.
• Directly influence the visual brand of our corporate and international clients.
