Job Overview

We are looking for a highly creative, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Motion Graphic Designer to join our dynamic creative team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong sense of visual storytelling, motion design, and video editing, along with a progressive understanding of AI-powered creative tools and content generation workflows.

This role requires someone who can conceptualize and execute compelling motion graphics, digital videos, and AI-enhanced visual content that aligns with brand objectives and drives audience engagement across multiple platforms.

You will work closely with content creators, strategists, designers, and marketing teams to deliver high-impact creative assets for brands, campaigns, and digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and animate motion graphics, explainer videos, social media reels, and branded visual assets
• Create engaging content for advertisements, digital campaigns, product launches, artist promotions, and brand communication
• Collaborate with creative, content, and marketing teams to develop impactful visual storytelling
• Edit and enhance video content using motion graphics, transitions, sound design, typography, and visual effects
• Integrate AI-powered tools and workflows for faster ideation, content generation, video enhancement, and creative experimentation
• Utilize AI tools for image/video generation, visual references, voiceovers, automation, and creative production support
• Maintain consistency in brand identity and ensure high-quality output across all deliverables
• Stay updated with evolving trends in animation, motion graphics, AI-generated content, and digital media innovations
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Visual Communication, or a related field
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Motion Graphics, Video Editing, or a similar creative role (agency experience preferred)
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Hands-on experience in 2D/3D animation, compositing, video editing, and visual effects
• Working knowledge of AI-powered creative tools such as Midjourney, Runway, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Kling AI, Sora, or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to translate complex ideas into engaging and visually compelling content
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to perform under pressure
