Graphic Designer- D2C

Hiring: Graphic Designer (AI + Photoshop)

We're looking for a designer who can combine strong Photoshop skills with AI tools to create fast, high-quality platform creatives.

This role will own a large part of our day-to-day visual design output.

What you'll do:

• Design thumbnails, banners, widget icons, and marketing creatives

• Use AI tools for ideation and creative variations

• Refine outputs manually in Photoshop

• Create multiple versions quickly for testing

• Maintain strong visual consistency across assets

What we're looking for:

• 1–3 years of graphic design experience

• Strong Adobe Photoshop skills

• Good understanding of digital-first/platform-led design

• Experience with posters, banners, ads, thumbnails, or performance creatives

• Ability to turn rough ideas into polished visuals

• Fast execution and ownership mindset

Important:

This is not a pure prompt engineering role.

Strong design fundamentals are mandatory.

Preferred:

• Experience with apps, digital products, or performance marketing creatives

• Familiarity with AI image generation/enhancement tools

• Ability to work with agencies and give clear creative direction
