Position OverviewWe are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 3–5 years of professional experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling visual content across digital and print platforms while ensuring brand consistency and high-quality design standards. This role is ideal for someone passionate about visual storytelling, branding, creativity, and emerging design trends.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop engaging visual assets for:
Social media campaigns
Website banners and digital advertisements
Corporate presentations and pitch decks
Marketing collateral
Logos and brand identity materials
Print media including standees, posters, brochures, flyers, and event materials
- Create vector illustrations, infographics, icons, and custom graphics to support marketing and communication initiatives.
- Edit and produce basic to intermediate video content for social media, marketing campaigns, internal communications, and promotional activities.
- Optimize images, graphics, and multimedia assets for web, mobile, and digital platforms to ensure an excellent user experience.
- Maintain brand consistency through effective application of typography, color theory, layout, visual hierarchy, and design principles.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, content, sales, and product teams to develop impactful creative solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, technologies, and industry best practices to continuously enhance creative output.
Required Skills & Qualifications3–5 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar creative role.
Strong proficiency in:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Canva (mandatory)
- Video editing tools such as Canva Video Editor, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar platforms
Strong understanding of:
- Branding and visual identity
- Layout and composition
- Typography and color theory
- Digital and print design standards
- Experience creating content for social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital channels.
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles and tools such as Figma will be an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
EducationBachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design, Visual
Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
