Role Description

As a Junior Graphic Designer at Exponentia.Digital, you will support the design team in creating visual assets for social media, digital ads, websites, and other marketing materials. On a typical day, you will work on layouts, adapt designs to various formats, refine concepts based on feedback, and ensure brand consistency across all visuals. You will collaborate closely with marketers, content creators, and senior designers to translate briefs into engaging, on-brand graphics. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division, where you will participate in brainstorming sessions, prepare files for delivery, and maintain organized design assets and libraries.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Graphic Design and Graphics, with the ability to create visually cohesive digital and print assets.
• Skills in Logo Design and Branding to support brand identity development and maintain visual consistency across campaigns.
• Good understanding of Typography, including font pairing, hierarchy, and readability for digital marketing materials.
• Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, corel draw, adobe premier, Aftereffects ) and basic knowledge of design best practices for web and social media.
• Ability to interpret creative briefs, accept and apply feedback constructively, and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Relevant coursework, certification, or a diploma/degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, plus a portfolio showcasing design projects.
