Key Responsibilities:
- Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, and presentations
- Create social media creatives and digital advertisements
- Develop visuals for property listings, websites, and email campaigns
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to meet design requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva
- Basic understanding of branding and layout design
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience in real estate or marketing design is a plus
