Role Overview
The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating brand-consistent visual assets with a strong emphasis on branding and print design. This is a core production role requiring structured thinking, speed, and consistency across multiple formats.
Key Responsibilities
- Design branding assets including logos, brand identities, and visual systems
- Create print materials such as brochures, packaging, stationery, and marketing collateral
- Design digital creatives for social media, presentations, and brand communication
- Maintain strict brand consistency across all outputs
- Translate creative briefs into clean, functional designs
- Prepare print-ready and digital-ready final files
- Manage multiple design tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision
- Maintain organized source files and asset libraries
Tools & Software
Mandatory proficiency in:
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe InDesign
- Knowledge of Corel Draw, is plus!
AI & Workflow Efficiency
Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools to speed up execution and reduce turnaround time
Ability to use AI as a productivity enhancer without compromising design quality
Openness to adopting new tools and faster workflows
Required Skills
- Strong command over layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
- Clear understanding of print production and digital design requirements
- Ability to work within brand systems rather than one-off creatives
- High attention to detail and consistency
- Ability to absorb feedback and iterate efficiently
Experience
- 13 years of professional graphic design experience
- Portfolio demonstrating branding and print-heavy work
