We're a business consultancy with hands-on performance marketing execution. Every day, our ad creatives go live across Meta, Google, and other major platforms — and we need a designer who understands that a great-looking graphic isn't enough. It has to perform.

What You'll Actually Be Doing
You'll own the visual output of our paid media campaigns. That means:
- Designing high-impact ad creatives for Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Display Network, YouTube, and other paid platforms.
- Translating campaign briefs and performance goals into visuals that drive clicks, conversions, and engagement — not just likes.
- Adapting creatives across formats and placements: stories, reels, carousels, banners, responsive display ads, and more.
- Iterating quickly based on performance data. If an ad isn't hitting benchmarks, you'll rework the visual angle — not just swap a colour.
- Collaborating closely with strategy teams to align creative direction with audience targeting and funnel stage.
- Maintaining brand consistency across multiple client accounts while still tailoring creatives to each platform's best practices.
Who We're Looking For
The non-negotiables:
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva — but more importantly, the judgement to know when to use which.
- An understanding of performance marketing fundamentals: CTR, CPA, ROAS, A/B testing, and why these should shape your design choices.
- The ability to design for conversion, not just aesthetics. You think in hooks, hierarchy, and clear CTAs.
- Excellent communication skills — you can take a brief, ask the right questions, and present your work with clarity.
- Discipline, reliability, and ownership. We value people who show up consistently and do what they say they'll do.
What would make you stand out:
- Experience creating ad creatives specifically for paid media campaigns.
- Familiarity with platform-specific specs, safe zones, and format requirements across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.
- Basic motion/video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro, or CapCut) for short-form video ads.
- An eye for direct-response design trends — you scroll through your feed and notice what the high-performing ads are doing differently.
A Few Things Worth Knowing
- This is a 100% in-office role. We work out of Vikhroli, Mumbai. No remote or hybrid arrangements.
- We're hiring immediately. If you're available to start soon, that works in your favour.
- A portfolio is strongly recommended. Show us your best work — especially anything related to ad creatives, social media, or performance marketing.
- We care about character. Discipline and trust matter more to us than credentials. If you're dependable, hungry to learn, and easy to work with — that counts for a lot.
Compensation
- Freshers (0–1 years): ₹3.60 LPA
- Experienced candidates (2+ years): Up to ₹7.00 LPA, depending on skill and portfolio strength.
