Requisitioned Position Title: Graphic Designer

Position Reports To: Marketing Manager / Head of Marketing

Overview:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong visual aesthetic, an understanding of digital-first content, and the ability to translate brand and campaign objectives into compelling creatives across platforms.

The role requires someone who can work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, understand marketing briefs, and deliver high-quality designs within timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design marketing collaterals across digital and offline platforms including social media creatives, presentations, banners, brochures, emailers, and event materials.
• Create visually engaging assets for campaigns, brand launches, employer branding, and internal communications.
• Work closely with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize campaign ideas and execute creatives aligned with brand guidelines.
• Develop creatives for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, website, performance marketing, and other digital platforms.
• Ensure consistency in branding, typography, color palette, and overall visual identity across all touchpoints.
• Edit and resize creatives based on platform requirements and campaign needs.
• Stay updated with design trends, social media aesthetics, and emerging visual formats.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Coordinate with external vendors/agencies whenever required for print or production deliverables.

Skills & Requirements:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Working knowledge of Canva, Figma, Premiere Pro, or After Effects is preferred.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and branding principles.
• Experience in designing for social media and digital marketing campaigns.
• Ability to think creatively and translate ideas into impactful visual communication.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight timelines.
• Portfolio showcasing branding, campaign creatives, and social media work is mandatory.

Preferred Background

• Experience working with a digital agency, PR agency, startup, or marketing team will be preferred.
• Understanding of social media trends and short-form content aesthetics is a plus.
