Junior Graphic Designer

Pepper Content (www.peppercontent.io) is building a global content marketplace that brings companies and content creators together to scale up content creation processes across 75+ content verticals and 150+ content categories. Over the past 5 years, over 100,000+ freelance content creators have applied to be part of the Pepper network of which we work with the top 5% of talent, and on the other end - we work with over 2500+ customers like Amazon, Adobe, Google, HDFC Bank, Adani, and the majority of the startup ecosystem.

As a Graphic Designer, you will be leading the quality of all design creatives, and social media deliverables. Your role involves implementing and maintaining quality assurance processes, providing feedback to designers, and ensuring that all creatives aligns with client objectives and brand guidelines. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our content and ensuring its effectiveness across various platforms.

Note - Candidates with Creative Agency or BFSI background preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the quality of all graphic design content for Client delivery, including social media creatives, posts, general creatives, marketing materials, social media posts, and more. Ensure design is engaging, error-free, and meets client specifications.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and expectations. Ensure all content exceeds client requirements and address any concerns or revisions promptly.
• Identify areas for improvement in the creative delivery and strategy process and implement changes to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Work closely with designers, and project managers to provide constructive feedback and guidance.
• Strategize design ideas with clients, ensuring that creative strategies effectively address their needs and goals.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in graphic design (advertising agency preferred)
• Basic understanding of HTML to ensure designs are technically feasible and to facilitate smooth hand-offs to the development team
• Strong portfolio demonstrating social media design skills
• Execute visual direction for all social media content
• Research oriented and self-motivated for quality
• Capability to make stand-out visuals
• Collaborate with copywriters to develop cohesive and compelling visuals.
• Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines.
• Case study and case board design experience
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• AI design tools usage
