We're Hiring: Graphic Designer / Creative Head (Full-Time, In-Office)

We're on the hunt for a Graphic Designer / Creative Head to join us in Ludhiana and lead the creative charge behind our content. You'll work closely with the social media team to bring ideas to life across graphics, reels, and video content for both personal brands and businesses.
What You'll Be Doing
- Design scroll-stopping social media graphics, carousels, thumbnails, and visuals
- Create short-form video content (reels, stories, and shorts) using editing tools or AI
- Brainstorm creative visual ideas for campaigns, clients, and in-house projects
- Use AI tools like Midjourney, Canva, CapCut, Runway, etc., to generate content faster and better
- Collaborate with the social team to keep content on-brand, fresh, and trend-savvy
- Maintain a consistent design language across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube
- Experiment with formats that work — from minimalist posts to fast-paced reels
What We're Looking For
- 6 months to 2 years of experience designing content for social media
- Solid grip on Canva, Adobe tools (Photoshop, Premiere Pro), or any AI design/video tools
- Ability to create high-quality content quickly, without overthinking
- A strong sense of layout, color, and typography
- Comfortable editing and trimming short videos (reels, shorts, stories)
- Passion for visual storytelling and understanding what looks good on different platforms
- Team player who can take feedback and also lead creative direction
- Bonus if you stay updated with design trends and love exploring new tools
Salary
INR 20K/month (plus incentives based on performance)
Location
- Ludhiana Office (Full-time, in-office role)
- Monday to Friday (10am-7pm)
