About SPS Hospitals
SPS Hospitals is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support the hospitals branding, marketing, patient communication, and digital engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate should be passionate about visual storytelling and capable of creating impactful healthcare communication materials across print and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, standees, posters, presentations, and hospital branding materials.
- Create engaging social media creatives, digital ads, emailers, and website banners.
- Develop patient education visuals, infographics, and awareness campaign creatives.
- Collaborate with the marketing, medical, and content teams to execute campaigns and branding initiatives.
- Ensure consistency in brand identity across all communication channels.
- Edit and optimize images, illustrations, and videos for online and offline use.
- Support event branding for conferences, health camps, and internal hospital activities.
- Stay updated with design trends, healthcare branding standards, and emerging creative tools.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 25 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in healthcare, hospital, or corporate branding.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience in social media design and digital marketing creatives.
- Basic video editing and motion graphics knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with hospitals, healthcare brands, or wellness organizations.
- Knowledge of UI/UX basics and website design concepts.
- Photography or videography skills are a plus.
