Graphic Designer

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Ludhiana. The Graphic Designer will create visual concepts and designs for logos, brand identities, marketing materials, social media graphics, and other digital and print assets. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams or clients to understand requirements, developing design concepts, selecting appropriate typography and color schemes, and refining designs based on feedback. The role involves preparing production-ready files, maintaining brand consistency across all materials, and managing multiple projects and deadlines. The Graphic Designer is expected to stay updated on design trends and tools, and contribute creative ideas that support Anandai's overall visual strategy.

Qualifications

• Ability to create and refine visual assets, with strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design.
• Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding to develop cohesive and recognizable brand identities.
• Strong sense of Typography, including font selection, hierarchy, and layout for clear communication.
• Hands-on experience with industry-standard design software (e.g., Corel, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or similar tools).
• Solid portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, attention to detail, and a range of design projects.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to incorporate constructive feedback into design revisions.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
