Role Overview

We're looking for a Junior Graphic Designer with a sharp design eye and at least 1 year of experience creating engaging visuals. You'll play an important role in building our visual identity across digital platforms—from crafting compelling social media creatives and ad banners to supporting packaging and brand collateral.

This is an on-site role based in Noida, working closely with our marketing and content teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Create scroll-stopping graphics for social media, ads, emailers, and website banners
• Design and edit brand assets including logos, product tags, and packaging labels
• Support in creating visual storytelling elements for campaigns and founder-led content
• Contribute to evolving our brand identity while maintaining design consistency across platforms
• Work on typography, layouts, and color schemes to match our aesthetic
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and adapt feedback into improved designs

Qualifications

• 2-3+ year of experience in graphic design or a similar role
• Proficiency in graphic design software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva
• Strong eye for detail, composition, and color
• Experience in logo design and branding
• Skills in typography and layout design
• Good communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced team
• A portfolio showcasing your work in digital or branding design (required)
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred

Bonus Points If You Have

• Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Experience working with D2C or lifestyle brands
• Understanding of visual trends in the health & wellness space
