As we continue to expand, we are looking for a creative and passionate Graphic Designer to strengthen our branding, marketing, and digital presence.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can conceptualize and execute visually engaging designs across both digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the EdTech industry and possess strong design aesthetics, branding knowledge, and proficiency in industry-standard design software.

You will collaborate closely with the Marketing, Sales, Product, and Content teams to create compelling visual content that aligns with the company's brand identity and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality marketing creatives for digital and print platforms.
• Create engaging social media posts, banners, brochures, flyers, posters, presentations, and branding materials.
• Develop visually appealing creatives for websites, landing pages, email campaigns, and advertisements.
• Edit promotional videos, reels, and motion graphics for social media and marketing campaigns.
• Design educational and promotional content for K-12 schools and institutional clients.
• Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand campaign requirements and deliver creative solutions within deadlines.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and creative techniques.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2–5 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Prior experience in the EdTech industry is mandatory.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital creatives, social media designs, marketing collaterals, and video editing work.
• Excellent understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, and visual storytelling.
• Experience in designing for both digital and print media.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics will be an added advantage.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's degree completed before 2025.
• Candidates with relevant experience in the EdTech industry will be preferred.
• Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, CorelDRAW, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe After Effects.
• Must have an updated design portfolio.
• Must be comfortable working from our Noida Sector 1 office.
