Role Overview
We're looking for a creative designer who understands how brands come alive across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should be able to translate ideas into visually compelling content across static, motion, and platform-native formats while maintaining strong design fundamentals.
The role requires someone who enjoys working across multiple brands, collaborates closely with strategy and content teams, and has an eye for emerging creative trends, storytelling, and social-first design.
Experience: 2 to 3 years
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality creatives across social media, digital campaigns, presentations, and marketing assets.
- Translate campaign ideas and brand narratives into visually engaging executions.
- Create platform-native assets across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Meta Ads, and other digital touchpoints.
- Develop static creatives, carousels, motion graphics, reels, and digital-first visual formats.
- Collaborate with content, strategy, media, and account teams to bring campaign visuals to life.
- Support brands through moodboards, campaign visualisation, key visuals, and presentation design.
- Explore new creative formats and trends to keep brand communication fresh and platform relevant.
- Ensure consistency across brand guidelines while maintaining high creative quality and attention to detail.
Required Skills (Must haves)
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator
- Working knowledge of Figma
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, colour, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to create both static and digital-first creative assets
- Experience managing multiple brands and projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate them into impactful visual communication
- Experience with Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or equivalent motion design software
- Motion graphics and animation skills
- Understanding of social-first content formats and short-form video editing
- Basic photography or content shoot experience is an added advantage
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools (Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, elevenlabs, etc.)
