Role Overview

We're looking for a creative storyteller who can bring ideas to life through visuals and motion.

As our Graphic Designer + Video Editor, you'll play a key role in shaping how Teson communicates from stunning product visuals to compelling brand campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging creatives for social media, product campaigns, and marketing assets.
• Edit and produce videos, reels, and motion graphics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to translate complex tech ideas into clear, visual stories.
• Maintain brand consistency across all creative outputs.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, animation styles, and editing techniques.
• Support product and marketing teams with high-quality visuals and content.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• 13 years of experience in graphic design or video editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Figma, Canva or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Good to Have

• Experience or interest in UI/UX Design, understanding user flows, and creating design systems is a plus!
• A creative portfolio that demonstrates your range and storytelling ability.
