Job Description

Broadway Malyan is a global design practice dedicated to improving the future of the built environment worldwide. With a comprehensive suite of interrelated design disciplines from master planning to architecture and interiors, we are active in the world's key development markets and growth areas.

Our work integrates complementary project elements to enhance the daily life of cities and communities. We work across a spectrum from regional spatial strategies to master planning of urban districts, building around transit-oriented development, designing the 15-minute neighbourhood, individual buildings and making spaces in between that are attractive for people and nature. We build to accommodate uses from commercial offices, living, education and life sciences, to leisure, transport and culture.

As an employee-owned practice, we are able to create an inclusive culture where everyone has a strong sense of engagement and shared responsibility in the future of our business. We are committed to investing and inspiring our people, so we can attract and retain the best talent to strengthen our reputation as both a design practice and an employer of choice.

If you have the talent and passion and want to draw your inspiration from working within a community of active minds, it is likely that we have a place for you at Broadway Malyan.

We are looking for a highly creative, detail-driven Graphic Designer who can elevate our design proposals, bid submissions, credentials decks, case studies, and competition presentations.

You will work closely with the Design Leadership (Architecture, Urbanism, Interiors) to craft compelling visual narratives that communicate our design thinking, project stories, and strategic value to clients.

  • Curate project imagery, mood boards, case studies, and portfolio layouts.
  • Ensure consistency across all internal and external communication touchpoints.
  • Work in fast-paced, deadline-driven bid cycles with clarity and strong design judgement.

Required Skills

  • Strong command of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop (Figma is a plus).
  • Ability to design clean, minimalist layouts aligned with global architectural standards.
  • Understanding of architecture, design processes, diagrams, and visual hierarchy.
  • Experience creating pitch decks, proposals, and client presentations.
  • Ability to create infographics, conceptual diagrams, and content structuring.
  • Photo editing, image curation, and typographic finesse.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organisation, and version control.

  • Prior experience in architecture / interior design firms.
  • Familiarity with master planning, mixed-use, residential, and retail project graphics.
  • Ability to independently structure 40100 page reports for bids.
  • Basic understanding of 3D visualisation or architectural drawings.

Who You Are

  • A designer who loves architecture, placemaking, and storytelling.
  • Someone with a strong eye for composition, colour, and clarity.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively with senior architects & bid teams.
  • Passionate about transforming technical content into beautiful, readable narratives.
  • Able to handle high-intensity bid timelines with professionalism and ownership.
