Position Overview:

As a Graphic Designer at SGA Brand & Design, you will play a crucial role in translating concepts into visually stunning designs. You will work closely with our creative team and clients to develop impactful visual assets across various media, including print, digital, and social platforms. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a keen eye for detail, staying abreast of design trends while demonstrating a strong understanding of brand identity and communication strategy.

Responsibilities:

1. Conceptualise and Design:

• Develop innovative and visually appealing design concepts that align with client objectives and brand guidelines.
• Create engaging graphics, illustrations, and layouts for a variety of projects, including but not limited to branding, marketing collateral, social media content, and web design.

2. Collaborate and Communicate:

• Work closely with the creative team to brainstorm ideas, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to the overall creative process.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements and present design concepts effectively.

3. Project Management:

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and meeting project deadlines.
• Maintain organised files and documentation to facilitate seamless collaboration within the team.

4. Stay Updated on Design Trends:

• Keep abreast of industry trends, design tools, and technologies to ensure designs are contemporary and innovative.
• Share insights and recommendations with the team to enhance overall design quality.

Qualifications:

1. Educational Background:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, preferably but not mandatory

2. Experience:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (1 to 3 years), with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
• Familiarity with industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).

3. Skills:

·       Excellent creative and conceptual thinking abilities.

·       Strong proficiency in graphic design principles, layout, colour theory, and typography.

·       Effective communication and collaboration skills.

·       Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

4. Portfolio:
