Graphic Designer & Video Editor — Full-Time

Compensation: ₹20,000–₹25,000/month, depending on experience and skill

Rhea Vania is a contemporary fashion brand built around individuality, confidence and the freedom to dress exactly as you are. We create fashion that feels sexy without compromising on comfort, with a strong focus on distinctive design, custom sizing and making fashion more inclusive.

We are looking for a Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our team and play an important role in shaping how Rhea Vania looks and feels in the digital space.

This is a full-time creative role, primarily focused on social media, with occasional creative work for our website, campaigns and other digital touchpoints.

We're looking for someone with a strong aesthetic eye, excellent visual sensibility and a genuine understanding of fashion and digital content — someone who can create work that feels elevated, engaging and unmistakably Rhea Vania.

Qualifications & What We're Looking For

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro
• Working knowledge of After Effects and Figma is an advantage
• Strong understanding of video editing, graphic design, typography, composition and visual storytelling
• Ability to create polished, clean and premium visual content
• Familiarity with short-form video and social media content, particularly Instagram Reels
• Ability to shoot and create basic content using an iPhone is highly appreciated
• Strong understanding of current digital design, editing and social media trends
• Comfortable using and experimenting with the latest AI tools for design, video editing, image generation and creative workflows
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates actual skill, aesthetic judgement and versatility

• A strong aesthetic eye with a genuine understanding of fashion, luxury and visual culture
• A genuine love for fashion and an interest in keeping up with fashion, creative and digital trends
• Quick on your feet and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Able to take a creative brief, understand the objective and execute independently
• Disciplined, hardworking and reliable, with strong attention to detail
• Takes ownership of work and is responsible for deadlines and deliverables
• Able to receive feedback, make changes quickly and continuously improve
• Team-oriented and comfortable collaborating with the founder, creative and wider team
• Proactive and willing to bring ideas to the table, rather than simply waiting for instructions
• Able to balance creativity with commercial thinking and understand that content needs to represent the brand while also engaging an audience

Education

• A formal degree is not a requirement. We care far more about skill, creativity, portfolio and execution than qualifications on paper.

Selection Process

We will shortlist candidates based on their CV/resume and portfolio/showreel.

Shortlisted candidates will move to the next stage of the selection process, which will include a paid creative project designed to assess your editing, design, aesthetic sensibility, attention to detail and ability to understand and execute the Rhea Vania brand.
