We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with solid mainline advertising experience someone who understands big ideas, brand thinking, and campaign ecosystems beyond just digital formats.

If you've worked on 360 campaigns, print ads, OOH, brand identities, and integrated communication and can still craft scroll-stopping digital work we want you.

What You'll Do

Translate brand strategy into powerful visual concepts across mainline and digital platforms

Design for print ads, OOH, brochures, brand collaterals, campaign key visuals, and integrated rollouts

Collaborate closely with Art Directors, Copywriters, and Strategists to build strong campaign narratives

Develop campaign master artworks that extend seamlessly across formats

Ensure brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries

Lead projects end-to-end from conceptualization to final artwork delivery

Mentor junior designers and maintain high creative standards within the team

What We're Looking For

Strong expertise in print design, OOH, campaign KV development, and brand communication systems

Excellent command over Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Strong typography, layout, and visual hierarchy skills

Ability to think campaign-first, not just format-first

Experience handling multiple brands in a deadline-driven agency setup

Familiarity with AI design tools and evolving creative tech

Knowledge of After Effects is a plus
