Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Head Graphic Designer. The Head Graphic Designer will lead the design team in creating impactful and visually compelling graphics and branding materials. Responsibilities include conceptualizing and designing logos, developing effective branding strategies, selecting appropriate typography, and maintaining visual consistency across all design outputs. The candidate will also provide creative direction, mentor team members, and collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to bring the Unaati brand to life.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Graphics, Graphic Design, and creating high-quality visual assets
• Proficiency in Logo Design and developing cohesive Branding strategies
• Strong command over Typography to enhance design aesthetics
• Leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring design teams
• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and a strong understanding of design principles
• Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and other relevant software
• Ability to work collaboratively in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
• Excellent skills in presenting concepts to stakeholders and collaborating with teams.
• 5-7+ years in professional graphic design
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or equivalent experience
