- 4+ years of professional graphic and video design experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing both static and motion work
- Experience creating performance marketing creatives and not just aesthetic branding work Technical Skills
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Proficient in Canva
- Strong understanding of aspect ratios, platform specifications, and ad-first design AI Proficiency
- Hands-on experience using AI tools in creative workflows
- Ability to leverage AI for ideation, scripting, visual generation, and video production
- Comfortable experimenting with new AI platforms to improve output and efficiency
