You will balance the digital speed of a SaaS company with the physical precision required for offline communication designs.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Visual Content Creation: Design high-quality graphics for social media (LinkedIn, Twitter), blog posts, emailers, and digital ads that align with our brand identity.
  • Sales & Marketing Collateral: Create and update pitch decks, whitepapers, case studies, and product one-pagers that help our sales team close enterprise deals.
  • Website Assets: Develop visual elements for our website, including icons, banners, and landing page layouts, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Brand Consistency: Act as a brand guardian, ensuring all visual outputs adhere to PostGrid's brand guidelines across different regions and platforms.
  • Data Visualization: Transform complex data, statistics, and technical workflows into easy-to-digest infographics and charts.
  • Print Design: Occasional design for physical offline assets such as mail templates, event banners, and corporate stationery, maintaining high print-quality standards.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with copywriters, product managers, and marketing leads to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns.

What Will You Bring To This Role:

  • You have a design-first mindset, always looking for ways to elevate the aesthetic quality of our communications.
  • You are a proactive problem solver who can take a vague brief and turn it into a polished visual concept.
  • You possess a meticulous eye for detailyou notice when a pixel is out of place or a font weight is inconsistent.
  • You are a strong communicator who can explain the why behind your design choices to non-designers.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, managing multiple projects without compromising on quality.
  • You bring a collaborative spirit, welcoming feedback as a tool for growth and better design outcomes.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Graphic Design, ideally within a B2B SaaS or tech-focused environment.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a range of work across digital and print media (please include a link to your portfolio).
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Experience with modern design and prototyping tools like Figma or Canva.
  • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote model and collaborate across global time zones.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field from a recognized institute (e.g., NID, IIT-IDC).
  • Experience with motion graphics and video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Basic understanding of UI/UX principles for web and mobile.
  • Prior experience at a high-growth startup or a creative agency handling tech clients.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus but not required.
  • Experience designing for the North American or European enterprise markets.
