Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and structured Designer to join Mastek's Value Generative Office (VGO) a strategic function focused on business storytelling, pursuit excellence, and value communication.
This role is responsible for bringing clarity and visual strength to presentations, proposals, case studies, and templates that support large deals, service line narratives, and win communications.
You will collaborate with leaders, pursuit teams, and marketing to create design outputs that are consistent, professional, and brand-aligned, helping Mastek communicate value effectively.
Proficiency with Design tools exposure to Figma or Canva is a plus. - This pointer is not plus, this is required Skill. Let me share the pointers
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles.
- Ability to create visual storytelling through graphics and illustrations.
- Understanding of business storytelling and proposal aesthetics (clarity, flow, consistency).
- Knowledge of UI/UX basics for web and digital designs is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and creativity.
- Ability to handle multiple requests with accuracy, creativity, and speed.
Key Responsibilities
- Design visually compelling PowerPoint decks, Word proposals, and business templates.
- Translate business and technical inputs into clear, visually structured stories.
- Format and refine case studies, win notices, and service line collateral for internal and client-facing use.
- Build and maintain a library of branded templates, icons, and design elements for reusability.
- Work closely with pursuit and marketing teams to ensure visual consistency and on-time delivery.
- Contribute creative ideas to improve storytelling and design standards across the organization.
Core Skills & Experience
- 36 years of experience in presentation or document design within consulting, IT services, or corporate communication.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word (layout, styles, templates, formatting).
- Proficiency with Design tools exposure to Figma or Canva is a plus.
- Strong design sensibility layout, typography, color balance, and information hierarchy.
- Ability to handle multiple requests with accuracy, creativity, and speed.
- Understanding of business storytelling and proposal aesthetics (clarity, flow, consistency).
Preferred
- Experience supporting executive presentations or large deal pursuits.
- Familiarity with AI-based design tools or automation in deck/document workflows.
- Knowledge of best practices for visual communication in proposals and executive storytelling.
