We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Department. This role is pivotal in shaping the visual identity of Treat Hotels & Resorts as we grow and innovate in the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creative Direction: Develop and implement visually compelling designs for all marketing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and excellence.
- Brand Development: Strengthen and maintain a cohesive brand identity through innovative design solutions.
- Design Execution: Create high-quality visuals and videos leveraging your expertise in CorelDRAW, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver impactful creative assets for various campaigns.
- Project Management: Oversee multiple design projects from concept to completion, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5+ years of professional design experience, ideally with a background in creative leadership or agency roles.
- A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in brand building and creative campaign execution.
- Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Exceptional creativity and attention to detail, with the ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts and ideas effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and inspire creativity within the team.
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus but not mandatory.
